Payment conditions:
- As soon as we receive your & final confirmation, copy from the transaction will be e-mailed to Cleo park management as a reference document.
- Full payment must be charged to your credit card to confirm the ticket reservation.
- Payment to be done in USD currency only.
- Card holder should be one of the guests upon arrival on the entrance door of Cleo Park, and he/she will be kindly requested to present his/her ID & the original copy from the credit card for verification.
- In case the card holder will not share the guests their visit to Cleo park, copy from the ID & the credit Card will be kindly requested to be presented for verification.

Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation made in writing more than 30 days prior to arrival - full refund will be made.
- Cancellation made in writing 29-15 days prior to arrival - 25% penalty will be charged.
- Cancellation made in writing 14-07 days prior to arrival - 50% penalty will be charged.
- Cancellation made in writing 06-02 days prior to arrival - 75% penalty will be charged.
- Cancellation made in writing 01-00 days prior to arrival - no refund will be made.
